Refund Policy

At MemoriTree, our goal is to ensure peace of mind when you use our memorial services. Because our core offerings are digital and often personalized, refunds are handled carefully and case-by-case.

1. Digital Memorial Services

Once a memorial page has been created and published, it is considered delivered. Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical duplicate charges or accidental double-payments.

2. Add-on Services (Trees & Flowers)

• Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that executed services such as Tree Plantings and perishable goods such as Flowers are non-refundable once the order has been processed. These services represent irreversible actions and products that cannot be reused or restocked.
• For "coming soon" services, no charges will be made until the feature is live.

3. Subscriptions

If applicable, subscription cancellations must be requested before the renewal date. Refunds are not guaranteed for late cancellation requests or partial terms.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email support@memoritree.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If your return or refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@memoritree.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
