Vivian Ann Gesuero
Obituary for Vivian Gesuero
With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the peaceful passing of Vivian Gesuero on January 26, 2026, surrounded by the warmth of the family she so dearly cherished.
Born to Theresa Cenicola and Dominic Zampano, Vivian grew up with a strong sense of family, faith, and resilience — qualities that shaped the beautiful life she built and the countless people she cared for along the way.
Vivian was, above all else, the heart of her family. As a mother, she was steady, selfless, and endlessly loving. As a grandmother, she was pure joy — quick with a hug, a story, or a smile that made everything better. As a friend and companion, she offered loyalty, laughter, and a listening ear, the kind of presence that made others feel safe and understood.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Dominic; her brother, Anthony; her sister, Theresa; and her longtime companion, James Murphy, all of whom she held close in her heart throughout her life.
She leaves behind a family who will forever carry her love with them: her son Ralph, his wife Kelly, and their children Samantha, Raffaele, and Kathleen; her daughter Theresa, and grandchildren Joseph and Joshua; as well as her brothers Dominic and Thomas, along with many extended family members and dear friends whose lives were made brighter by knowing her.
Vivian found happiness in life’s simple moments — time spent around the table, family gatherings, shared stories, and watching her grandchildren grow. Her kindness was quiet but constant, her strength unwavering, and her love unconditional. She taught those around her how to show up for one another, how to forgive easily, and how to treasure family above all else.
Though she is deeply missed, her spirit lives on in every recipe passed down, every tradition kept alive, and every memory that brings both tears and smiles. Her legacy is love — and that will never fade.
She will be forever remembered and forever missed.
