Retired as Artistic Director of Shakespeare & Company after 31 years; the largest indoor theater was named in her honor.
Her book 'Women of Will' was published, and she performed the acclaimed five-part performance piece based on it.
Honored with the Douglas N. Cook Lifetime Achievement Award for her significant contributions to Shakespearean theatre.
