Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Florence and James Starr; his brothers, Edward, Charles, and Donald Starr; his beloved son, Joshua Starr; and his first wife, Donna Starr, the mother of his children. He was also preceded by many cherished grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

He is lovingly remembered by his children, Natasha, Dana, and Gabriel Starr; his grandchildren, Tanna Waldrep, Haley Hill, Lillian Lois, Callie Turley, Emma Moreno, and Christian Starr; as well as many great-grandchildren who brought joy to his life just knowing that they were alive and well loved……

Terry was deeply loved by his family. He lived his life as best he could, with the strength and understanding he had, and his children always knew how much he loved them. They also found comfort in knowing his faith in the Lord was strong, which gave him peace. They take solace in believing he is now at rest, reunited with his son Joshua.

May he rest in peace, held in the hearts of those who love him, and remembered for his warmth, his humor, and the moments of joy he shared. Go rest high on that mountain, Daddy—you will always be missed.
