Warrior Woman Until the End

Paula Wirth was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter who put a smile on the face of everyone who had the honor of meeting her. She was the personification of a warm sunshine hug. She fought her battle against cancer valiantly, never wavering, never settling, until the very end. She is forever loved and will be forever missed.

I remember when she first came into the family! I loved her immediately and she quickly became my favorite aunt! My favorite memory among all the others was when we baked and decorated a cake together when I was much younger and Kat was just a little thing. She was always so creative and fun! Paula was a true light, and she loved her daughter immensely. I remember going to Kat’s graduation in 2012 and just having an absolute blast with her while we shouted congratulations and celebrated. She was and always will be a manifestation of love, and will be deeply missed.

Although I did not know Paula very well, I do know her daughter, Katherine. Paula is shown through Kat everyday because it is evident that Paula succeeded in raising a kind, strong, intelligent, funny, and loving daughter who is beautiful inside and out. Sending Kat all my love during this extremely difficult time. There are no words I can say to make you feel better but know I am thinking of you and am here for you always with whatever you need. ❤️‍🩹

Oh no! I am crushed to find this out! She was an amazing woman who had many illnesses to battle but never complained. She was so proud of her grandchild and daughter that brought her great joy. I will carry great memories of her laughter together! May her family have peace and great memories to carry on.
