The New York-based set decorator died on July 21, 2026, in Astoria, Queens, at age 34, according to Yahoo News UK.

A 2015 graduate of New York University, Golding entered the film and television art departments as an assistant, with early credits on Michael Showalter's film "The Big Sick" and the ABC series "Time After Time." Within a few years she had moved into set decoration on "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel," joining the Amazon Prime Video series, celebrated for its meticulous recreation of postwar New York, for its second season in 2018.

Her credits multiplied from there. She worked on the horror anthology series "Goosebumps," the spy series "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," the romantic comedy "Marry Me," the Peacock feature "Meet Cute" and, in 2025, the Netflix true-crime docuseries "Gone Girls: The Long Island Serial Killer," according to Yahoo. At the time of her death, she was working as assistant set decorator on "Deep Cuts," an upcoming feature from director Sean Durkin that had not yet been released.
