Education
After completing her secondary education at Oberon High School in 1967, Lois Delmore enrolled at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks to pursue her passion for language and pedagogy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education in 1971, specializing in English, which prepared her for a lifelong commitment to the classroom. This academic foundation at UND not only shaped her professional identity but also rooted her deeply in the Grand Forks community where she would later serve as a prominent civic leader for over two decades.
