Kathryn R Grays
In Loving Memory
The family of Kathryn Rene’ Grays mourns the loss of our beloved daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, mother-in-law, and friend.
Kathryn Rene’ Grays was born on July 9, 1970, to the late Stephen L. Osborne and Barbara K. Grays. She was a loving, giving, and tender-hearted woman whose strength, beauty, and understanding touched the lives of many.
She leaves behind her siblings, Billy Grays (Pam), Janet Grays and Katrina Scott, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Kathryn also leaves behind her beloved children and grandchildren:
Michael, with children Michael Jr., Nazir, Nori, and Meiko;
Marianne, with son Johnathan;
India, with children Laylah, Jermon Jr., and Amira;
and Khalil and Tatiana.
She was also a loving mother-in-law, and leaves behind Alice and Jermon, who were part of the family she loved and cherished.
Kathryn had a beautiful spirit and enjoyed the simple joys of life. She loved singing, often filling the room with her lovely voice and bringing smiles to those around her. One of her greatest joys was cooking , singing and gathering her family around the table, making sure everyone was fed with her good home-cooked meals. Those moments of laughter, conversation, and togetherness meant the world to her.
Kathryn was also known for her kind and generous heart. She believed in helping others and was the type of person who always kept her doors open to anyone in need. Whether someone needed a place to stay, a warm meal, or simply comfort and care, Kathryn welcomed them with open arms. She sheltered, supported, and looked after many people throughout her life, treating them as part of her extended family.
At a young age, Kathryn gave her life to Christ and remained a true believer in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit throughout her life.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in our faith and trust that God will receive her spirit into His kingdom.
Kathryn’s love, strength, and memory will live on through her children, grandchildren, family, and all whose lives she touched.
Those who wish to honor Kathryn's memory are invited to .
