He had a lot of integrity, and he always always told jokes.. He was very independent. His dog Romo. He loves so much. He had 28 grandchildren and 13 Great grandchildren. Very proud of his family. Frank did not want anyone to grieve over his passing, he wanted everyone to stay happy. Frank loved everyone!
