Elizabeth “Libby” Jean Hill, 75, of Mart passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 6, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family and friends. Libby was born December 30, 1949 to Herman Darrel Keeton and Gladys Mildred Tilley. She attended and graduated from University High School in Waco, Texas. She married the love of her life William “Billy Roy” Hill on June 1, 1968, relocated to Mart, Texas and had two sons Billy and Randy Hill. Libby spent her life being a devoted mother and grandmother as well as a caretaker of her home. She took pride in sewing and loved to paint her home also having a love for thrift shops and wouldn’t dream of passing up a garage sale.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Herman and Gladys Keeton; husband Billy Roy; sister Linda Keeton; two brothers Billy and Dennis Keeton; nephew Eric Keeton; niece Kristi Gonzales; and Grandson Nickolas Shane Hill.

She is survived by her two sons Billy of Mart and his children Brittney, Cody, Hailey, Matthew and Sara; and Randy Hill and wife Kris of Mart and their children Jonathan and Emma; sister Wanda Page and husband Rick of Farmington, NM; Peggy Keeton of Mart; and Elaine Albrecht of Clifton. Libby helped raise her three nieces; Kristi, Jennifer and Jessica. She also leaves behind 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren as well as an extended countless number of family and friends.
