Donald Elwin Garrison II, 58, passed away on May 30, 2026, in Bellevue, Washington.

Born on March 4, 1968, in Ohio, Donald graduated from Centerville High School in 1986 and later attended Ohio State University. He had a longstanding interest in writing and spent portions of his life living in Ohio, California, Arkansas, and Washington.

Don was preceded in death by his father, Donald Garrison; his uncle, Herman Harney; and his aunts, Brenda Jones and Janet Ballard.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Russell, and her husband, Arnold Russell, of Florida; his brother, Larry Garrison, and his wife, Charla Garrison, of Florida; his daughter, Angel Harris, and her husband Briar Harris of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Harley-Quinn and Jason Todd; and his son, Donald Elwin Garrison III of Arkansas.

Don’s life took him to many places and brought him into the lives of many people over the years. He will be remembered by those who knew him.
