Deborah is so dear to me. I will miss her in this earthly life. She loved deeply and shared selflessly, as the Lord directs us. A beautiful example of a Godly woman. As she so often testified, until we meet again!

Deborah Jo-Ann Shippy, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend, passed away on April 18, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on August 29, 1951, Deborah lived a life filled with love, kindness, strength, and devotion to her family and those fortunate enough to know her.
She is survived by her husband Steven Shippy, her three sons & families, - Billie Shippy (Carla, (Bailey & Dustin),Thomas) of Tacoma Wa, - Lance Shippy (Erin, Mason, Makenna & Natalie) of Vancouver Wa. Brent Shippy (Amie, Jocelyn & Dalen) of Olivehurst Ca.- Her father Bill J Davis of Marysville Ca. Her sister Jeanette Martin (Floyd) of Marysville Ca.
Deborah was known for her warm heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering compassion. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcomed and cared for, leaving lasting memories through her laughter, wisdom, and generosity. Whether spending time with family, helping friends in need, or simply sharing stories and smiles, Deborah touched countless lives throughout her years.
She will be deeply missed by her loving family, cherished friends, and all whose lives she brightened. Though her physical presence is gone, her love and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
A celebration of Deborah’s life will be held at Feather River Baptist Church on Saturday June 6th 2026 at 1pm, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and the beautiful life she lived.
