It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles Jones a beloved husband, father, brother, friend, and colleague.

Aug 1, 1963 - September 20, 2026

Charles touched so many lives, both professionally and personally. He was a mentor to many, a doting husband, a loving father, a trusted friend and collaborator, and someone who was always willing to share what he knew to help someone else grow. Charles led with his heart, gave generously of himself, and left an imprint on the lives of many that can never be replaced.

Charles spent most of his time serving others and was an avid lover of film and television. He worked with MegaMind Media from Day One, beginning with their very first film, Secrets, in 2015. From that moment forward, he poured his knowledge, talent, creativity, loyalty, and love into the company and into the people around him.

Over the years, Charles served MegaMind Media in countless capacities, including Director, Director of Photography, Editor, Producer, and most recently, Head of Acquisitions. But the titles only tell a small part of his story.

Although Charles was deeply serious about filmmaking, he was equally so about mentoring and helping others. His presence will be deeply missed, but his contributions, his spirit, and the lives he impacted will remain a part of the MegaMind Media legacy forever.

Rest peacefully, Charles. Thank you for believing in in filmmakers across the globe. We love you, and we will never forget you.
