Ordination
Andrew Watson was ordained as a deacon on 27 September 1987 at St Stephen's, Redditch, by Philip Goodrich, Bishop of Worcester. After studying law at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, and working as a caretaker and youth worker at St Mary's Islington, he had returned to Cambridge to complete a theology degree and train for ordination.
