Michael Andrew Kezer
Michael was a man who found joy in hard work, the outdoors, and the people he loved. He passed away leaving behind many who will remember the role he played in their lives and the memories they shared with him.
Michael is survived by his wife, Cortney Kezer; the six children he raised and loved, Bailee Magee, Megan and Brett Chrismer, Isaiah Cody-Welton, Carmela and Brooke Egdamin; his grandson, Niko Chrismer; his mother, Sandra Rettinger; his grandmother, Lois Kezer; his sister, Raelee Kinley; his aunt, Cyndie Miller; his cousins, Tim and Dean Miller; his nephews, Kalob and Kellen Kinley and Talon Miller; his niece, Jasmin Miller; along with many extended family members and friends.
For many years, Michael worked in the construction industry, eventually owning and operating his own construction business. He approached his work with dedication, skill, and pride, finding fulfillment in building things with his hands and helping others through his craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Michael felt most at home in the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time on the water, especially taking out his boat whenever he had the chance. Whether he was out on the lake, in the woods, or gathered around a campfire with family and friends, he appreciated the simple moments that brought people together and created lasting memories.
Michael’s life touched many people, and he will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, entrepreneurial drive, his love of the outdoors, and the care he showed for the family he helped raise. His memory will live on in the stories shared by those who knew him and in the lives of those who loved him.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
